I am settling on my second purchase with Lloyd and the team at Aus Property Professionals.

The first being a duplex that Lloyd closely project managed from acquisition of land, selection of builder and handover. Including sourcing an excellent property manager, insurance broker and depreciation group. Lloyd’s communication throughout has been nothing but excellent. Nothing is ever too much trouble!

The second purchase was a duplex acquisition under strict guidelines and pressure under my part, which once again was not too much trouble for Lloyd and the team.

A special mention to Renee who had contacted me early to identify insurance and property management moving forward. She not only vetted local property managers but negotiated a discounted management fee for all my properties!
