In over 20 years as a property investor and developer, Lloyd has accumulated a property portfolio worth over $25 million that is cash flow positive. A former teacher, Lloyd’s investment strategies allowed him to retire from the rat race and pay off his own waterfront home in Sydney. He now helps clients achieve their own financial and lifestyle goals while continuing to invest himself. He has a diverse range of investment strategies and places importance on achieving equity gains and maintaining a cash flow positive portfolio, quintessential to portfolio growth.

Lloyd holds a Diploma in Property Services, is a fully licensed real estate agent and holds buyer's agent licences in NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, and WA. Lloyd has been nominated several times as a finalist in the REINSW awards for excellence as well as the Real Estate Business (REB) awards and he has received ‘Your Investment Property’ Top Buyer’s Agent award.

Sally brings 12+ years of experience in the field, during which she has developed a keen ability to anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and handle confidential information with discretion. Starting her personal journey in property at only 19 years old, Kristy has always understood the opportunity and benefits of investing in the property market.
Kristy’s interest in property turned into a passion in later years when she realised how she could utilise the equity in her home to start building a property portfolio with very minimal outlay.

Savvy and professional, Renee joined the Aus Property Professionals team after spending over a decade in the corporate sector.
Renee is naturally honest, reliable, and results focused. She brings a multitude of skills to the Aus Property Professionals team having obtained a Bachelor of Economics (University of Sydney) alongside her previous work experience as an accountant in many large multinational corporations. These include EY (formally Ernst & Young) and Dyson Australia.
Renee is also a registered chartered accountant which means she upholds the highest professional standards, guidelines, ethics, and code of conduct. Being a chartered accountant displays her strong abilities in budgeting, planning, forecasting and decision making. These are all very important considerations in the purchasing of properties.
As an economist, she understands the workings of the property markets and has been professionally trained to identify long term economic growth factors. This is of enormous benefit to the clients of Aus Property Professionals.
Renee is Big4 Audit trained which has developed her strong interpersonal client skills and her passion for going above and beyond in helping clients achieve their strategic goals. She understands the importance to not only look at the numbers but the bigger picture in what the numbers are telling us. This drives her purpose to achieve budget focused renovations, purchasing primary residences within budgetary parameters, and a passion to achieve long term results for our clients.
Renee developed a passion for property after realising the key to prosperity is to work smarter, not harder. She realised that by investing in property, we are allowing our money to passively grow our wealth.
In 2018, Renee was awarded the Real Estate Institute of NSW Award for Excellence, in the category of operational support. This is a testament to her commitment and support to our clients. In 2019, she was a finalist for this same award.
For Craig, buying property for his clients is not a job, it’s a passion that he enjoys immensely. Craig has been negotiating and purchasing property for almost 30 years, having acquired his first property at 19 years of age, with multiple investments in his 20’s. By the time Craig was 30 he had created a million dollar plus property portfolio.
For the past 15 years, Craig has worked as a professional negotiator for business acquisitions and property acquisitions, as well as using his MBA in Business Management to provide business consulting advice to business owners. Based in Victoria on the Mornington Peninsula, his Real Estate License covers most states in Australia.
Having been involved in well over 100 property acquisitions, most notably in VIC, WA, & QLD, the networks he has gained through the industry help him to find that diamond in the rough, and then secure it for his clients.
Craig is a fantastic addition to the team at Aus Property Professionals.
An experienced and Licensed Real Estate Professional, Stacey has helped people find homes and taken care of assets as if they were her own for more than 10 years.
Investing in real estate, Stacey is familiar with both sides of the fence as a landlord and tenant. She prides herself on providing superior customer service and brings a passion for property and a great work ethic. She is proud to support the team.
Stacey’s passion for real estate, hunger for success and willingness to assist make her an ideal fit for our team. Prior to coming on board with Aus Property Professionals Stacey Lead a team of 10 property managers at McGrath to excellent success. This involved management of a large and diverse rent roll personally, as well as supporting her team and assisting with escalations for the business well in excess of 1000 managements. Stacey mentored her leasing team from new starters in property to high preforming individuals.
Prior to this Stacey also worked in property management and sales support at such companies including Strong Real Estate and Laing and Simmons. She worked with large rent rolls and was also responsible for marketing, business growth, trust accounts and auditing.
Stacey enjoys coffee, the gym, bush walks with her family and spending time with her three young sons.
Spellbound by houses and design for as long as she can remember, Vanina’s passion for the property industry has followed her all her career.
After graduating a Master in Property Law and working as a solicitor trainee specialising in conveyancing in France, Vanina graduated the Master of Property Development at UTS and specialised in property valuation. Licensed as a Real Estate Agent, Vanina benefits from 7 years’ experience in managing and building portfolios in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs, across Sydney, and indeed around the country.
Vanina’s multidisciplinary knowledge and her values being hard-working, conscientious and passionate are making her a property professional who is committed to achieving first class service for her clients. She is devoted to working independently and ethically for the buyers’ best interest by using her skills and broad network to find her clients the most suitable properties, on and off-market.

Maryanne understood from an early age that achieving financial freedom was more than just working hard – it also meant that she would need to make smart money choices. This mindset guided her on the path to purchasing her first property with her partner when she was just 21 years old and soon followed her appreciation of property.
As she continued to use property as an investment vehicle, and spending her spare time trying her hand at DIY renovations, she realised how daunting managing your own finances and the process of buying and selling property could seem. Maryanne realised it can be extremely cumbersome and overwhelming to everyday Australians.
Wanting to help others make smart money choices by simplifying the overload of information, Maryanne began what would later be a 12-year career in Financial Planning in both corporate and boutique firms. Maryanne’s enthusiasm for money management and commitment to her clients has allowed her to ensure they are well-supported throughout their entire journey. She enjoys taking the time educate her clients so that they can feel confident and empowered right through to unpacking their financial strategies and executing their plans to drive results.
