Australia’s real estate market growth since February 2024 is driven by a handful of standout capital cities where significant price growth has been recorded over the last 12 months. According to data from CoreLogic, the three cities that experienced strong annual house price growth are Perth (17.6%), Adelaide (13.07%), and Brisbane (11.03%).
